Bless their souls, VIA reproduced the packages faithfully (albeit much smaller!) Even to the lyrics, which Mike refuses to include with newer albums, so that you have to write to him, so he can get you on the mailing list, to keep you up to date on concerts and such.

You even get the original warning about ``dull needles'', and what they will do to your record collection!

Click on an image to get a larger, much higher quality JPEG version. The front, inside and back cobvers are mostly around 100KB, although a couple run around 200KB. The lyric foldouts run from 400KB to almost 1MB.

As soon as I figure out where the booklet got to during our last move, I'll get it scanned as well.

The whole set of 3 CDs in individual cases, plus the booklet, was available in Austin at Theophilus for $39.95 (plus tax) in June 1995.

Booklet

The booklet has a black cover with a white 1 2 3 on it. It includes lots of studio & concert shots of the 77's, and some history & analysis by Brian Quincy Newcomb.
